Toy Library Insurance
This insurance has been specially designed for Toy Libraries in all different ranges.
To obtain the full benefit from this insurance it's important that the sums insured are adequate at all times. If they are inadequate then in the event of a claim the amount payable will be reduced in proportion to the degree of underinsurance.
It makes sense to review the sums insured regularly, particularly if you have refurbished your premises or purchased new equipment. You should also seek professional advice to ensure that the sums insured are correct.
Morton Michel will discuss any aspect of the Toy Library policy and provide prompt settlement of smaller claims on a direct basis.
Toy Library Cover Includes
- Public Liability Insurance - Limit of Indemnity £2 million (higher limits on request)
- Employers' Liability Insurance - Limit of Indemnity £10 million
- Legal Expenses - Limit of Indemnity £50,000
- Personal Accident for Group Officials
- Toy Library Equipment (£3,000, this can be increased on request)
- Toy Library Money (Limit £500)
- Personal Assault
- Personal Clothing for Staff (£100 for any one toy library official)
- Toy Library Officials' Personal Money (limit £100)
- Goods in Transit (limit £500, this can increased on request)
- Helplines - available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
