If you are a broker, and intend to arrange a policy for one of your clients through Morton Michel, you will need to read, sign and date our Terms of Business for Sub Brokers, fill in and sign an Intermediary Agency Application Form and return both forms to us. Please note that both forms must be accepted by us before we can arrange any business with you. These forms are provided for you in downloadable PDF format. Please print off, complete, sign and return.
