Following the government’s announcement we want to keep you informed as to what we are doing to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on our services.
Our service to you
We have been working hard to improve our service since the last lockdown, to ensure we are able to meet your insurance needs during this time.
However, we expect that in the coming weeks we will receive an increased number of enquiries via both phone and email, and we want to let you know the steps we are taking to handle them and how our service may be affected. We would really appreciate your patience, and to work with us, so those most in need can speak to us when they need to.
New phone system
It is important to us that you can speak to one of our expert team when you need to and we have recently upgraded our phone system to improve our service. Whether our team is in the office or working remotely, we will still be able to answer your calls.
For their safety, much of our team will be working from home over the coming weeks, but every call is important to us and our upgraded systems will minimise the impact on our service levels.
Unfortunately for logistical reasons, we have had to temporarily close our shop, but we will let you know as soon as it is able to be re-opened.
We will do our best to keep our website updated with links to key information so that you are able to find the answers you need.
We know that times are very tough for the childcare sector and we want to do everything we can to keep delivering the service you expect during this crisis and, and with your help, we can do so.
