Join the Movement Matters training day

Movement Matters is a training day for Early Years owners, leaders and practitioners who want to find out more about providing a movement rich curriculum through resources and environment, adult led groups and activities and via teachable moments and interactions.

The face to face event will take place on Saturday 26th March in Kensington London at the Copthorne Tara Hotel. It will be a full interactive day with refreshments and lunch included.

Your trainers for the day are Amanda Frolich, the Children’s Champion, an award winning physical development educator and children’s entertainer. Amanda has excellent interactions with children and her classes produce confident and capable toddlers and young children. Alison Featherbe from Alison Featherbe Learning and Development, is ‘Trainer of the Year 2021’, at the Nursery World Awards and has over 30 years of experience in Early Years. Alison is an engaging trainer, committed to the continued professional development of you and your team. Alison is a SchemaPlay associate trainer and weaves children’s repeated actions and patterns of behaviour into the training.

Modules for the day include a focus on small adult led groups for children who need to develop their skills in fine motor control, the power of music and developing physicality and how physical development links to language and social development too. There is still lots more planned for this action packed day!

Amanda and Alison will also be presenting at Childcare & Education Expo in London in March. Click here to register for your FREE tickets!
